赖才达博士毕业于诺华制药与MIT制造研究中心，主要研究动态建模、工艺优化及药物结晶。读博期间，其创办了净水科技新创——AquaFresco，成功研发出一项创新污水循环技术并使其商业化，还赢得了MassChallenge等多项大奖，将大自然的水循环运用到家庭中。另外，赖才达博士曾在头部咨询公司麦肯锡担任策略顾问，协助500强药企制定数字化策略。

作为人工智能驱动药物研发的先锋，赖才达博士将药物制剂、递送技术和机器学习相结合，为剂泰医药技术平台奠定了基础。同时，运用多年创业经验和数字化策略，带领剂泰医药快速发展。

Dr. Lai obtained his Ph.D. at the Novartis-MIT Center. During his tenure at MIT, Dr. Lai founded AquaFresco, a water-tech startup that successfully developed and commercialized an innovative wastewater recycle technology that reinvented laundry by borrowing ideas from nature. Innovations at AquaFresco won him the prestigious MassChallenge prize, among other major awards. Dr. Lai also served as a strategic consultant at McKinsey & Company, helping multiple Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies shape their strategy.

As a pioneer in AI-driven drug development, Dr. Lai has laid the foundation for METiS’s technology platforms by integrating drug formulation, delivery technology and machine learning. He has led METiS to its fast development by leveraging his entrepreneurial and strategic experience and expertise.

陈红敏院士是美国工程院、美国医学和生物工程研究所、控释协会以及德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校杰出化学工程师学院的成员。她获得了德州大学奥斯汀分校化学工程学士学位及麻省理工学院化学工程专业硕士学位、科学博士学位。

加入剂泰医药之前，陈红敏院士曾担任Kala制药的首席科学官，该生物技术公司由其于2010年协助创立。就职期间，她成功将一项新型纳米颗粒技术从实验发现阶段推进至三期临床试验阶段，并获得FDA批准。陈红敏院士帮助公司吸引了大量投资并协助Kala制药于2017年在纳斯达克上市。在加入Kala制药之前，陈红敏院士协助创立了TransForm制药，该医药公司于2005年被美国强生收购。除此之外，她还曾在阿斯利康和默克担任过多种研发岗位。

Dr. Chen is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, a Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering, a Fellow of the Controlled Release Society and a member of the Academy of Distinguished Chemical Engineers at the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Chen holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UT Austin and an M.S. and an Sc.D. in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Before joining METiS, Dr. Chen served as Chief Scientific Officer at Kala Pharmaceuticals, a biotech company she helped found in 2010. At Kala, she successfully translated a novel nanoparticle technology from bench to Phase III clinical trials and FDA approval, and helped to attract significant investments to the company, including an initial public offering in 2017. Prior to Kala, Dr. Chen helped start and build TransForm Pharmaceuticals, which was acquired by Johnson & Johnson in 2005. She had also held various research positions at AstraZeneca and Merck.

王文首博士获中国科学院高分子化学专业博士学位，曾在南密西西比大学和明尼苏达大学从事药物递送研究，在多领域应用AI技术具有丰富经验，如3D打印、材料合成研究和药物递送等。目前，王文首博士引领剂泰医药进行AI驱动药物制剂和递送平台的研发，并负责企业日常运营。

王文首博士曾创办Inkbit，一家AI驱动的3D打印公司，可高精度打印最终使用的部件，且打印过程可重复性很高。在此之前，其以研究科学家的身份加入麻省理工学院计算机科学和人工智能实验室，创建了第一台运用机器视觉和机器学习技术的3D打印机。四年后，Inkbit实现了该项目技术的商业化。

Dr. Wang obtained his Ph.D. in polymer chemistry from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and was been engaged in drug delivery research at the University of Southern Mississippi and the University of Minnesota. He has extensive experience in applying AI technology in a wide range of fields, such as 3D printing, material synthesis research, and drug delivery. Dr. Wang leads the development of AI-driven drug formulation and drug delivery platforms at METiS, and is in charge of the company's day-to-day operations in China.

Dr. Wang was a research scientist at the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, where he created  the first ever 3D printer with machine vision and machine learning techniques. He co-founded and led commercialization at Inkbit, an AI-driven 3D printing company that developed technology that can print end-use parts with high- precision and repeatability.
